Each dungeon has a fixed enemy pool, boss, and loot table. Dungeons must be unlocked before they become available. Harder dungeons have higher Affix Tiers — enabling stronger modifiers that boost both difficulty and rewards. Completing 100% of a dungeon's item Codex unlocks a permanent title for all heroes and may unlock a Raid.
